Dan is pursuing her Ph.D. in Media, Technology, and Society at Northwestern University. She is a member of
Web Use Project supervised by Professor Eszter Hargittai. Her research interests include dynamics of collaborative knowledge development, virtual communities, and blogs. She is also interested in the ways college students use information technologies.
